Here's where questions go

I've been getting questions submitted via email, which is fine, but here is where you'd post a question for the glossary.  There's an "add child page" link down at the bottom of each "book" page  to add a new book page entry for our review.  You have to have an account to post a page, and they're all reviewed prior to public posting.

Of course, you can also just comment on an existing page if you'd rather not throw in a whole page.  The comments go up immediately, while new child pages are all reviewed.
